Prof. El-Sayed Receives 2016 Priestly Medal!

The American Chemical Society has announced that Mostafa El-Sayed will be the 2016 recipient of the Priestly Medal, their highest award. This medal comes in recognition of his decades of groundbreaking chemical research and service to the community as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Physical Chemistry. Since moving to Georgia Tech in 1994 he has been at the forefront of nanoscience research and has published many highly cited papers on the physical chemistry of plasmonic nanoparticles.
